21 sie 2020 · Shut down your Mac. Force it to shut down if necessary, and then perform an NVRAM Reset: Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac - Apple Support. If that does not immediately fix the problem, Contact Support to determine repair options. It's almost certainly repairable.
Double finger scroll works fine, but sadly I can't find a way to switch the default direction. I hope my experience can help those who are also interested in using Apple's Trackpad on Windows. BTW, my OS version is the latest Window 11.
17 kwi 2010 · This could also be due to a defective battery. Remove the battery and inspect to see if it is bulging in the middle. If so, leave the battery out, reconnect power supply and reboot the laptop. If trackpad button functions correctly now it's time to get a new battery!
8 paź 2016 · Trackpad not clicking/stuck down. I recently did a full rebuild of my MBP, which had been damaged. New top and bottom cases, new display, new battery. I tested the trackpad mechanism before reassembly and it seemed to click fine. Once it's all back together, though, the trackpad is stuck.
Touchpad not working running windows 10 on a Mac book pro. Hello, I have been unable to use my computer's touch pad since last November windows update. From what I can see in the event viewer, windows update tried to migrate the MBP touchpad driver and failed.
If “Your PC has a precision touchpad” doesn’t appear at the top of the Touchpad pane, your Mac either doesn’t support the Microsoft precision touchpad drivers, or you don’t have the latest Boot Camp support software installed. Use Boot Camp Control Panel to set the trackpad options instead.
If the trackpad is still not working, your Mac may be showing a low battery alert that you can’t see. Connect your Mac to an electrical outlet or connect an external keyboard to see the alert. If you still have difficulty, you may have a problem with your hardware.
