I was going through mine the other day and it said one was leaked, even though that said password had been saved incorrectly (from me typing it) and wasn't actually a password I had ever had. I think it actually searches breaches for just the email, or just the password, rather than the combo of the two.
I thought it meant your username password combination has been leaked, along with millions of others from the same source, a compromised site with poor database security. If someone should access that list they could log in to your account on that site.
Someone hacked my AppleID account and changed the Trusted Phone number and the Password. I have been unable to reset it on my own, and the overnight support has not been able to help either. I also can't get account recovery because I don't know what the phone number was that they changed it to.
My iPhone was stolen last week. Long story short....the thief got my iPhone passcode, changed my iCloud password, and changed the recovery phone number. They also turned off Find My.
Any iCloud account that you know the phone number and email address of, and that has never logged in to a password-protected Apple device before. Honestly, $18,000 seems fair to me there - the award for an exploit that can compromise any iCloud account is $100,000.
26 sty 2023 · My AppleID was hacked (when i try to log in it says: "This Apple ID has been locked for security reasons. You must unlock your account before signing in.") When i go to iforgot.apple.com I have to enter a the phone number of the hacker, so i cannot continue there.
23 lut 2022 · As soon as that happened, the thief managed to hack into my phone, change my icloud password and recovery phone #, and factory reset all of my connected apple devices. They had also hacked into and changed the PW for the email account that was associated with my icloud, but I have since regained access to that email account.
