I love playing Animal Jam and I'm trying really hard to be patient with WildWorks because I know this is likely a complicated issue on their end; but I am really growing tired of Parent Tools not working. Right as the clock struck 7pm EST, (marking a new day on AJPW), the parent website shut down and locked me out of my accounts again.
It's been the same for me for a couple of weeks now, I've not been able to figure out my way around it. I forgot to mention, it's AJ Classic we're speaking. I found one that is working https://parents.animaljam.com/ I had a struggle too until I found this.
Parent Tools App is no longer available. Jammers can use parents.animal.com to access the Parent Tools. My screen turns black when trying to use AR! After accepting the AR pop up, you must restart the Animal Jam app in order to fix the black screen. I keep getting a Critical Error pop-up when I play.
