I love playing Animal Jam and I'm trying really hard to be patient with WildWorks because I know this is likely a complicated issue on their end; but I am really growing tired of Parent Tools not working.
Jammers can use parents.animal.com to access the Parent Tools. My screen turns black when trying to use AR! After accepting the AR pop up, you must restart the Animal Jam app in order to fix the black screen.

I disable my accounts to protect them if I haven’t played for a while but parent tools keeps saying, “an unknown error has occurred.” so I can’t get in to enable them. is this happening to anyone else?
