Angel Tree Registration Information. (you must register and complete online application) When: October 1 - October 31, 2024 (or until we reach our maximum number of families) How: You must provide: Personal identification, photo ID. One ID for EACH child that shows their date of birth.

You will need a VALID PHOTO ID, SNAP letter, or PROOF OF INCOME for the Head of Household. you will also need BIRTH CERTIFICATES for all children or MEDICAL CARDS (with BIRTHDATE). The Angel Tree program is for children 12 YEARS AND YOUNGER.
