I always wondered where #19 and #20's powers were at, was #19 post-absorbtions stronger than #20? I have full power #19 close to #20 but still below, and #20 below Piccolo and SSJ Vegeta. Where do you have their power on a whole?
I honestly expect it went down pretty much exactly the same. Vegeta dominates 19 and 20, 17 and 18 get released, 20 is killed. 16 doesn't get released or doesn't take part in the destruction if Goku is already dead from a heart attack.

What we do know is that when Trunks warned Goku, Toriyama had only come up with 19 and 20, and Trunks told Goku they were named 19 and 20 even though he was talking about 17 and 18. He later was told they looked stupid and he came up with 17 and 18.
My personal opinion is that he's probably not stronger than Frieza, and is likely weaker than him. The story reason for this is that 19 and 20 are the red herring of the Androids...
Kinda, Android 19 was tanking hits pretty easily from a significantly stronger Goku (who started the fight at close to full power according to Piccolo) even before the heart disease started...
