One new quest added in the v0.177 patch update is a Found Item quest, Ancient Grudge, New Mutiny, which requires access to the Ancient Library. After conferring with Jina, she requests that players find all the scrolls at places of Human architecture, and the temples should be a good starting point.
You unlock the key trough Jina by doing a quest that have 3 clue to solve, in this ruin there are a lot of books (but only 1 readable and is just lore) but I can't find a way to do anything else inside. The location of this library ruins is Kilima top left. Archived post.
