14 maj 2022 · I have used ANACS for every coin that I sent in for grading. I have always been happy with the results. I use them because they have a faster turn around and when I have a coin that I like, all I really want is a reputable third grader to stamp it. That way I know I have a genuine keeper.

14 maj 2022 · I would have to say that for me, ANACS is totally a legitimate TPG. If memory serves, they were the first. They clearly don't command the sales premiums that PCGS or NGC do, but that is totally market driven which means "us" the buyers and our perceptions.
#1 PCGS and ANACS (PCGS usually most consistent, ANACS pretty tight on circulated 19th century, plus attributions are unparalleled) #2 NGC (I find too many ugly for the grade pieces, even though technically there)
ANACS and Independent Coin Grading Company (ICG) were ranked overall as "average." PCI Coin Grading Service (PCI) and Sovereign Entities Grading Service (SEGS) were ranked overall as "poor." Survey results disputed.
