Most professional connectors will have the OEM's name and perhaps an ID number in the body that holds the pins.

30 lis 2010 · Amphenol connectors are no slouch. I used them (for 1/4"s) and Neutriks (for XLRs) extensively in my patchbay. If you're not soldering them yourself, it's not going to make a difference whatsoever.
