27 kwi 2021 · Copy down the verification code you see on-screen. From your computer or mobile web browser, go to: https://www.amazon.com/code. Sign in to your Amazon account (if prompted). Enter the verification code where prompted and select Continue.
Verify the phone number associated with your Amazon account. Visit Change Your Account Settings. Clear your message inbox and restart your phone. Ensure that Amazon’s number is unblocked on your phone or use an alternative phone number by updating your account settings.
Open the Prime Video app. Register your device by selecting Register on the Amazon website. You will be given a code to enter on a given website. Some devices show a QR code to scan using your mobile device, or have the option to Sign in and Start Watching, using your Amazon account information.
If Two-Step Verification fails and you can't access your account, you can try to recover your account. To regain access to your account, you'll need to verify your identity by providing a scan or photo of a government-issued identity document.
