A general rule of thumb for dry gauges is 0.5% of full scale change for every 40°F change from 75°F. Double that al-lowance for gauges with hermetically sealed or liquid filled cases, except for Duragauge® gauges where no extra allowance is required due to the elastomeric, compensating back.
6 lip 2013 · I'm installing an aftermarket dual VDO Oil Pressure sender which has two sender wires, one for the VDO pressure gauge and one which I will hook up to the Vanagon idiot light on the dash. The two sender terminals are marked "G" and "WK".
Splice the RED or WHITE wire from the gauge light(s) into the vehicle's lighting circuit, between the dimmer control switch and the dash lights (con- sult the vehicle's service manual for proper wire).
Model A20PE has internal snap-acting SPDT switches for three wire control and can be wired to make or to break a circuit. Gauge only models without switches are also available. A20/A25 Series applications include engines/equipment in oil field for lube oil pressure, water pump pressure, hydraulic pressure, air pressure, etc.
20 lut 2011 · There are two wires coming off the G10 pressure gauge sender. The blue/black wire is from the F22 0.3 Bar Engine oil pressure switch inside the pressure sender "can". It goes to the instrument cluster via the grey T6d connector in Connector Stn 2 .
Although the gauge may be destroyed and calibration lost, gauges can withstand short times at the following tempera-tures: gauges with all welded pressure boundary joints, 750°F (400°C); gauges with silver brazed joints, 450°F (232°C) and gauges with soft soldered joints, 250°F (121°C).
