The Hotel Tonight app is not a scam, obviously. There are 107,000 reviews giving the app 4.8 out of 5 stars on itunes. That's actually very good. I don't know what happened in your case but I assure you the app is not a scam. Your credit card provider will issue a refund if the app doesn't.
