27 lut 2011 · I am rebuilding a stanadyne Roosa Master injection pump for my 185. I was wondering if anyone has any resources for diagrams or manuals for these pumps. Also does anyone know of where to get parts for these? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Start engine and operat~ at approximately one half throttle. Observe the fuel pressure gauge. Gauge should indicate a pressure of 8 to 30 psi. If gauge indicates a pressure below speci fied minimum, stop engine and disconnect the relief valve-to-filter head return line (10) from the filter head (11).
