With this, we are able to incorporate the data collection tool, All Ears, into MOE’s tech stack. This allows schools to reuse All Ears for other purposes.

Create a form (Add questions) Upon logging in, click on NEW FORM. You will see 4 tabs: Audience, Questions, Responses, Collaborators. Click on the 'QUESTIONS' tab. You will be able to edit the form title, instructions, add and edit questions.
