It started over the summer and happened twice, and again today in January. The I only thing that seems to fix it is waiting 10-20 minutes for it to go away. Dell support asked for a video of the issue, but the flickering seems to mirror the refresh rate of my phone's camera so it doesn't show up.
Make sure V-Sync is disabled in game and NVCP. I have the same monitor, and I can use Super Fast setting, but I use Fast just because it feels smoother. If you do use G-Sync, you should have no problems using the Extreme setting, which I do.

28 kwi 2021 · I have an issue with my AW2521HFL. The image from it is very blurry and grainy ever since I've got it. If I play a game on it, the image is not crisp. I've tried connecting both my m17 R3 laptop with a GTX 2070 card and my PC with a GTX 2080 card to it and both yield the same result.
