I am yet again blown away by the customer service at Ajo Bikes. I took my 'new to me' bike there so they could check on a couple of small things. They don't try to sell you something you don't need.

We rented 25 bikes from Ajo's place and the experience was more than perfect. We communicated in advance over email; fast replies, friendly and great service. During our visit, one bike got a flat tire, which was fixed immediately and at no charge.
