1 lut 2018 · You may need to clean the contacts inside the case with a cotton swab. Then put the other one back in, and confirm you still see an amber light. *Then* you can do a hard reset by holding down the button for 15 seconds until you get yet another amber light and then flashing white.
16 wrz 2024 · Your AirPods may not reset because of the dirt stuck on the charging case and the AirPods’ tail. This dirt can obstruct the AirPods’ contact with the charging port, preventing the case from detecting them and impairing the reset function.
