Go on web browser, open amazon music web player, find the song or songs you deleted, click the 3 dots, click on add to my music. Go on your device, click on settings, scroll all the way down, click on refresh my music. Wait for it to refresh your library and your music should be returned. It worked for me at least on an android.
Go to Amazon Music and click the Settings cog on the top right. Scroll down to Storage and click Clear Cache. Click the My Soundtrack station. As soon as a song starts playing, click the arrow/3 lines icon on the bottom left to access the list view. Click the Clear button on the bottom. This will bring up an "Are you sure?..." message.
