They really need to change that binary sub/dub label to reflect the (multiple) audio languages where each possibility is fully listed. IMHO, they should list "Japanese" for subs, then any/all of English, German, Russian, Spanish, French, Portuguese, etc. and be able to filter on any of those individually instead of the single non-specific word ...
