I googled the practice name and found 132 Google reviews, all 1 star, all saying this company was trying to scam them with fake bills. Apparently, it'll end up as a collection on your credit report that you can then dispute.
I found their supposed web page and looked up their physical address. There are many businesses at this address, including a self-storage facility, a couple of restaurants, a salon, a law office, a HOA, etc. but no medical supply company whatsoever.

They are a scam because they don’t cover you with health coverage expenses like they tell you when they go sure you. You pay out of of your own picket. I got raked over the coals with my health bill.
