Training load is a variant of the Training Peaks Acute Training Load (ATL). ATL is the 7 day average of your Training Stress Score (TSS). TSS is a calculation that compares your HR to your lactate threshold heart rate and awards points for how close to your lactate threshold you are at each minute.

25 maj 2024 · According to Garmin the 7 day training load is the past weeks exercise load scores added together. However my watch does not include treadmill running when it adds the scores together. Only outside running.
