As ad twisted fate you have 2 roles. ADC with self peel or Assassin with a global dash. You can play like a full ADC scaling and sitting backline or mix it up and ult backline to take down squishies. As ad tf you are not weak and can 1v1 pretty much any midlaner without fear.
Standard AD (AD Burst) This should be your go-to AD Build against squishy team comps. The shield from Eclipse lets you survive for longer in teamfights and the movement speed lets you stick to a target easier for your auto attacks to land.
CS'ing is easier, we get decent item AD (60 AD plus Jhin attack speed AD of 17 gives us a total of 77 AD!), we get crit (way better than starting eclipse and having 0% crit first 3000 gold+ item), and we get a burst execute which can pair nicely with 4th shot or a survivability tool.
