  2. You can register at Child Care Payment Portal to see your paystubs. All you need is your six (seven) digit Provider (Program) Identification Number, the last 4 digits of your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), either your SSN or EIN, and your email address.

  5. Effective July 1, 2022, child care attendance, including corrections to attendance, must be submitted by a child care provider or program within 6 months after the month of service to receive payment by ACS for subsidized children enrolled with the child care provider or program.

  6. Providers. ACS provides a range of resources to support community based child care programs and providers that accept child care vouchers from eligible low-income families. Child care vouchers help cover the cost of child care at hundreds of home based and center based providers across the city.

  7. ACS provides resources to help parents with their child care needs and support providers and people who are running child care programs. For qualifying families, child care programs provide free or low-cost child care for children 6 weeks to 13 years old (or to 19 years old for children with disabilities).
