So I have a new Acer One 10 and in tablet mode, without the real keyboard, when I'm using the applications I have no problem, the touch keyboard appears automatically when I have to type something.
My acer switch alpha 12 keyboard is not working. When I attach the keyboard, it is showing a pop on the screen, but it's not working. I tried this after rebooting my pc and also cleaning the magnet area.
TL;DR: Aspire Switch 10 E detects docking but keyboard and hard drive are inconsistently not working. Help. Reposted this topic on the laptops forum because I realized I posted the first one in desktops.
1 sie 2015 · I have a Acer w700 Windows tablet and I have installed Windows 10. However the on screen keyboard is not launching automatically. On Windows 8 when you tapped on something you could type into the keyboard pop up automatically, but I can't find where to configure this on Windows 10.
24 paź 2016 · One reason this could be happening is due to the connection between the keyboard and the tablet. The connection where the keyboard and the tablet meet could be faulty or misplaced. Remove the keyboard from the tablet and examine the magnetic hinge in the center of the keyboard.
1 kwi 2016 · The issue could occur if keyboard driver settings. Refer to the below steps and check if it helps. I recommend you to check if you have enable tablet mode in the Action Center. 1. Click on Action Center icon on the Taskbar. 2. Then tap on Tablet mode. Also check the keyboard settings and check if it helps. 1. Tap on Start Menu. 2. Tap on Settings.
