Sprawdź, czy przypadkiem nie włączyła się blokada touchpada (jeśli taka funkcja jest dostępna na twoim laptopie) oraz czy fizycznie nie uszkodziłeś touchpada. Aktualizuj lub przeinstaluj sterowniki touchpada.
27 maj 2024 · I cannot get my touchpad to work. ACer Aspire 3 15 Windows 11. Things I have tried that did not fix it: updating device driver. Updating AMD drivers and then updating device driver. Touchpad is not disabled. BIOS does not show a touchpad option under MAIN. What's next? Thanks!
15 lip 2023 · If the touchpad not working on Acer laptop persists, you can right-click the touchpad driver again, select Uninstall device, follow the on-screen prompts to reinstall the driver, and re-enable the touchpad.
23 maj 2018 · 1. Connect an external USB mouse then run the Hardware Troubleshooter: Open Start > Settings > Update & security > Troubleshoot. Scroll down. Click Hardware and Devices. Click Run the Troubleshooter. When complete, restart to see if the problem is resolved. 2. Press Windows key + X.
Just started my laptop and the touchpad wasn't working. I went to the settings, and only the mouse settings was available. Then I went devices manager and found AMD I2C Controller with a yellow exclamation mark, saying that Windows couldn't start the driver to that hardware, error code 37.
