If you already have an extended alert on file and need to add or update the phone number, you can call the number on your credit report to speak to someone in the fraud department. For your protection, you may be asked to send in documentation verifying your identity.

23 cze 2024 · To place a fraud alert, you need to contact one of the three major credit reporting agencies: Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion. These agencies collect information about how you use credit, including debt you may have and whether you’ve filed for bankruptcy.
