So in my Sony TV I had this issue where you played any YouTube video and the audio was delayed, totally out of sync. I disabled/ changed settings to other options available of two options: Dolby plus and Clearaudio something, and it actually fixed the issue.
17 gru 2023 · YouTube TV audio will be out of sync if the core modules of your system’s audio driver are no more valid or compatible with the YTTV. Reinstalling the system’s audio driver will do the trick here.
When using YoutubeTV, the audio and video are out of sync all of the time. I am at the point where I'm ready to throw this in the trash and move to a different device. I used to use the Tivo Stream 4K, but trashed that because of almost exactly the same problem.

YOUTUBE TV voice and audio STILL out of sync. Fire Device. FIXED! My other TVs were working fine with the newest Fire TV Stick (on WIFI). My living room fire tv (gen 1 box - the one with voice sync problem) was using the Fire Tv box (gen 1 - thin box) plugged into the network.
