17 sie 2009 · I've seen a few on here done using the manifold off of the old 1.8 8v gassers. I'm pretty sure you'll need to weld up the flange area at the top corners of the ports so you have enough material when you port-match.

17 lut 2014 · The easy solution is to get a 04-05 Passat TDI manifold & turbo (small upgrade from stock ALH turbo) or any of the aftermarket 8 valve 4 cylinder exhaust manifolds on e bay and put on a bigger turbo (you know you want more power).
19 paź 2011 · Now, if you're a bit tech-savvy, and you can find a mk4 exhaust manifold (flows 8% better than stock!) and get a TT race downpipe, and call it a day. It will require either leaving a o2 sensor in the mk4 manifold, or bolting the hole off, because you only need 1 of the bungs.
