26 cze 2021 · Scroll down the thread I have linked to see photos of clean up underway. Considering the current trend of tracks closing, more than opening, this could be a real boost for folks in the immediate area. And the fact that they aren't starting off with bracket racing is OK too.
19 mar 2011 · Was here this morning finishing up working on the new hard-wired timing system and snapped a few pics of the current updates going on to the track. There is a new scale that was put in on the return road, brand new concrete on the track, and more. Two more weeks til opening day!
25 sie 2021 · The 75-80 Dragway in Monrovia will remain closed after automotive company Hurricane Racing Tours withdrew plans to reopen the venue to public racing.
29 cze 2021 · It closed in 2005 the re-opened in 2010 or so for a couple seasons... I raced there from 1980 to 2005...lots of memories....they will be trying to tap into the no-prep "street" racing craze. Hopefully do some regular racing as well....
14 sie 2005 · Ford takes last Wally from 75-80. This seasons close will bring a permanent closing of the staging lanes at 75-80 dragway in Monrovia MD. 75-80 is one of the longest running dragstrips in the US and our home track since I raced my 55 chevy there back in the early eighty’s.
