23 maj 2007 · It seems that all the time of having glow plug issues and return line issues as taken it's toll on the starter. When the engine was cold the contacts were close enought to arc and start the truck. But when it was hot, everything expanded enough to keep the contacts from touching.

24 sty 2022 · Drips from transmission cooler lines, bottom of bell housing, and starter motor where it meets with the bell housing. There is also oil splatter on the exhaust down pipe and it drips down the exhaust. Important Information to note: EBPV Delete Pedestal so the leak is not coming from the EBPV.

Moisture or water entering the IDM is a common cause. Additionally, a broken injector O-ring may also lead to a no-start condition.
Some of the most common 7.3 Powerstroke problems include Camshaft Position Sensor (CPS) failure, EBPV failure, fuel-bowl/water separator issues, leaking turbocharger up-pipes, transmission problems, wastegate issues, and injectors’ issues.

3 maj 2017 · I looked under the truck and saw trans fluid shooting out the weep hole in the pan. I checked the dipstick and there was no fluid on it. (It may have been low before I left the house, that's the only thing I didn't check before we left.)
