20 lis 2018 · The general recommendations are to wait two weeks if we only see a gestational sac and at least 11 days if a gestational and yolk sac are seen without a fetal pole. I prefer to wait two weeks for the next ultrasound in both of these scenarios.
No fetal pole at 6 week scan. Hi everyone - my wife and I had our first ultrasound yesterday (6 weeks 5 days). Sac was clearly visible but doctor said she could not find a fetal pole. She advised to stop meds (pio shots, estrogen patch, oral estrogen pills) and to expect miscarriage within the week.
