fire and arson prevention and safety. Attendance requirements. Each child shall attend upon instruction as follows: The substantial equivalent of 180 days of instruction shall be provided each school year. The cumulative hours of instruction for grades 1 through 6 shall be 900 hours per year.
(2) The applicant for certification or the renewal of certification must be a licensed dental hygienist or be concurrently licensed as a dental hygienist at the time of initial certification; and shall meet the additional requirements of this section.
