Haven't seen anything posted about this - new toggle for iPhone 12 to remove banding/distortion on ultra wide cameras. This setting only removes distortion that occurs at the edges of the wide-angle lens. Think of it this way: a wide angle lens is a less exaggerated version of a fisheye lens.
