To recap, the official recommended minimum is: Intel Skylake 8 core CPU or better (i.e. i5+ 6th Gen) or AMD equivalent (I believe this was the Zen 2) Vulkan GPU (i.e. GTX 900+, RX400+), no mention of any iGPU such as Iris Xe, RDNA2. 8GB RAM (only specifies dual-channel) SSD drive for emulators.
RPCS3 requires the PlayStation 3 system software because it contains dependencies and proprietary libraries for the emulator to function. If you are running Windows, the Microsoft Visual C++ redistributable is required - Linux, macOS and FreeBSD do not require it.
