By default, a Verizon LTE Network Extender (Mine is Gen3) is OPEN for any Verizon customer to connect to and eat up your bandwidth. I did some digging myself and figured out how to access the Extender information page and how to configure CLOSED access with Members (Allowed phone numbers.)
29 paź 2020 · Your iPhone will not connect to the network extender on band 13 if it is receiving ANY signal, no matter how garbage (including ZERO bars), from a macro tower. This solution will ONLY work if you are positive your LTE Network Extender is functional, i.e. it shows that it is "Open" and "In-Service".
