Was there a couple of years ago for the first time in decades. Just looks like hell now. Bill Oesterle, a Hoosier GOP alum and business owner formerly with Angie's List, had a great op-ed in the IBJ about a year ago exactly on how bad 38th street and how poorly it serves everyone.
