Besides their KPOP legend status, 2PM gained significant popularity in Japan since their debut there in May 2011. Their Japanese single, "Take Off," served as the OST of the popular anime "Blue Exorcist." This success led to a thriving career in Japan and became a crucial source of income for their agency, JYPE.
The Japanese album features the Japanese version of the fifth Korean album's title track "우리집 (My House)", and the Korean version once again rose in popularity in 2019-2020. Since July 2017, the group has been on an official hiatus, though the members have been active in their solo activities.
