I can confirm it works on the model 27R410T, but apparently it works for multiple RCA sets from the early 2000s. There are a couple other easy-to-find ways to get into the service menu on RCA sets, but this way took some digging and a long time to find so I wanted to share it here for some more exposure.
Enter the service mode (S-Mode) by pressing the VOL- UME DOWN key on the instrument until the volume decreases to minimum. Press the INFO key on the remote handset while holding the VOLUME DOWN key on the instrument.
20 sty 2021 · I acquired a 27" Sanyo CRT TV (chassis - G3Y27560, model AVM-2756) for running old video game consoles. There are some convergence issues at the corners that aren’t a big problem at the moment, but the vertical size is too tall causing clipping of the top and bottom of the image.

26 sty 2014 · It's getting hard to find info on Service menu settings for Sony's WEGA CRT Tvs. Much of the this info has disappeared from the Web. For the most part, this thread is relevant for WEGA CRTs produced from around 2000 to 2006 or so.
2 gru 2020 · Since a lot of people struggle with the service menu (I know I did) to fix the geometry of their TVs, I am dumping here a list of service mode properties and the explanation for each. I hope someone will find it helpful.
