By using 2-step verification to access your 23andMe account, you’ll sign in to your account in two steps: Enter your account email address and password. Enter the 6 digit verification code received via email or from a connected authenticator app.
You can update your account password and email address from within your account. To access your account settings, open the account menu by clicking on your profile name and then select Settings.
