1 wrz 2010 · I bought an 11.5" Colt .223 upper for it (stored in my father's safe until the Form 1 comes back since he doesn't have an AR), but I'm also going to shorten the 9mm Oly upper to use with it, too. Since I have the CNC AR45 Grease gun mag lower for my Oly .45acp upper, I'm stopping by the PD today to do my fingerprints and I'm SBR-ing that one, too.

12 wrz 2006 · I’ve had an Olympic 9mm upper for years. I run mine with the Socom Mfg. mag block, which allows the use of unmodified sten mags. The Olympic upper doesn’t require a different hammer, just swap the lower from your .223 gun and go. Mine runs flawlessly with a JP trigger and a full size hammer.

5 paź 2007 · I would never buy an Oly 5.56, but my Oly 9mm upper has been great. 100% reilable, accurate enough for what I use it for (close range speed work - often on steel), and uses cheap, easy to find Sten mags with a mag block.
