9 kwi 2003 · I've started to think about tuning my V10 TDI Touareg. Looked through this section of the forum and found little information on the big engine. Also looked through the FAQs and newbie threads. Went to rocketchip and they don't offer anything for any touareg. upsolute does have an option.
8 maj 2017 · I put the Touareg on my lift and began to check all the components of the braking system. All systems separately (brake booster, vacuum pump, fluid level (first thought), brake pad condition, caliper problems, etc.) I even visually inspected the vacuum hose system for breaks.
11 sty 2013 · Unlike the 1.9 tdi's the common failure of V10 turbos is the positioning motor and not sticking vanes so that's very likely why they needed to replace it. It's a completely different turbo to the 2.5tdi engines which uses vacuum chamber actuation.
