7 wrz 2018 · If you wanted to switch off your IMA battery during the wait for the replacement fan, I'd suggest hooking up your 12v battery to a trickle charger to keep it fully charged since you will be draining it without the DC-DC recharge the IMA unit gives while it's on and operating correctly.

30 lip 2021 · The battery pack does have venting as I recall .. but I expect it vents to the outside air, NOT into the cabin. This would be a safety requirement for if the battery pack were to go defective and begin outgasing (something a Li Ion pack would not do under normal circumstances).
