2 paź 2017 · A manual 6 speed swap is bolt-on, it's like replacing your 5 speed trans except that you aren't putting the same parts. It probably cost less than replacing your broken trans for a stock one, plus, the differential is way more solid !
15 mar 2021 · I had Legacy with CVT for 2 years (30k miles) but now I'm driving Outback 6MT. Since I liked very much the smoothness of the CVT, the complexity and general behaviors of the CVT's electronics scared me for a long term use. So I choose a Manual tranny for the new Outback.
