7 cze 2022 · The Delmont 88 offered two different V8 engines, and was available in both two-door and four-door models: The Holiday Sedan, Town Sedan, Holiday Coupe & Convertible. It was considered a mid-priced car, positioned between the entry-level F-85 and the luxury 98 models in Oldsmobile’s lineup.
For sale is my 1967 Oldsmobile Delmont 88 Holiday Sedan (four door hardtop). The car runs and drives great! It has the 425 High Output Super Rocket engine. It has 72,000 original documented miles.
The Delmont 88 was introduced for 1967 and produced for just two years, replacing both the Jetstar 88 and Dynamic 88 model lines. The Delmont featured the 330 V8 as standard and the 425 V8 as an option in 1967 and the new stroked "Rocket 455" version of the same engine in 1968.

Available body styles included the attractive two- or four-door Holiday hardtop, four-door “Celebrity Sedan,” or a two-door convertible. The Jetstar 88 received the Starfire 330-cid V-8 at 260 hp, but the optional JetStar I line received the 425-cid V-8 at 370 hp.

The rarest Delmont of all was the convertible, like this car show example. The Delmont 88 convertible was rare for two main reasons.
