Beautiful Brazilian back. The guitar plays very well and sounds awesome. Tuning machines are newer and so is the pickguard and the nut. frets have only minor play-wear.
1967 Martin D-21 with Brazilian Rosewood. I have owned the guitar for two years. It must have had a neck reset at some point in its life because all of the Martin guitars from the pre-1969 Brazilian Rosewood era need to have it done at some point.
This is a 1967 Martin D21 with Brazilian Rosewood back and sides. The top was replaced by Martin last year along with a new Brazilian Rosewood fret board - Sweetwater's Gear Exchange is the used music gear marketplace you've been waiting for!
1967 C.F. Martin D-21 (Brazilian Rosewood) SN: 227562. Well playing D-21 from 1967. Sitka top and bottom/sides in the highly sought after Rio Rosewood (Dalbergia Nigra). Previous owners have installed Waverly tuners for a pre-war look and to save some weight compared to the original Grover bubblebacks, which are also included.
1967 Martin D-21 Acoustic Guitar with Replaced Top - Very Good Condition. This is a 1967 Martin D-21, a timeless classic revered for its rich tone and impeccable craftsmanship.
Here we have an all around great 1967 Martin D-21. It has a very nice Spruce top and amazingly beautiful Rosewood back and sides. It is hard to beat a good Martin dread for tone, and this one has it, big full and open without being overpoweringly bass heavy.
