If you recorded to 44.1 at 16-bit, export to that, if you recorded to 48 at 24-bit, you export to that. Sample rate doesn't really matter, either 44.1 or 48 kHz is fine. And 24-bit gives more headroom for recording, but recording at 16-bit is okay for most modern genres.

How would you describe the difference that you hear between a 16 and 24 bit recording, assuming we're not talking about a super dynamic orchestral recording or something similar?
However, there's more to dynamic range when discussing bit depth (e.g. 16 vs 24) and that has to do with signal resolution. A 24 bit device can resolve much smaller changes in signal amplitude than a 16 bit one, leading to more accurate representation of small changes in signal amplitude.
30 gru 2007 · There are an audible difference between 24-bit/96kHz and 16-bit/44.1kHz to my ears. But it might not be audible for every person on all kind of gear. I suggest you give it a try yourself. You find some free 24-bit/96kHz samples at High Definition Tape Transfers. ::
