If you recorded to 44.1 at 16-bit, export to that, if you recorded to 48 at 24-bit, you export to that. Sample rate doesn't really matter, either 44.1 or 48 kHz is fine. And 24-bit gives more headroom for recording, but recording at 16-bit is okay for most modern genres.

Remember, even a recording with 60dB dynamic range is only using 10bits of data, the other 6bits on a CD are just noise. So, the difference in the real world between 16bit and 24bit is an extra 8bits of noise.
