The Reynolds Adolescent Depression Scale (RADS) is used to assess the severity of depressive symptomatology in adolescents from 11 to 20 years of age. It is composed of 30 items in a Likert response format with 4 options (1 = almost never, 2 = hardly ever, 3 = sometimes, 4 = most of the time).
