For those of you who haven't unlocked all of the operators and don't want to grind to get them all, you can simply add R6S Ultimate Edition to your library for free, launch it, and go back to the standard edition copy you've purchased.
So, I managed to find the demo, downloaded up until it was ready to play, hopped on then out, back to Siege and yes, I could get the reward unlocks (now I got Alibi, Lion, Nomad and Gridlock for free plus the 7 day booster).
