Working for Doordash is business income (Sole proprietorship) for your tax return. The Schedule C has several sections - for the basic information, don't enter anything for EIN or business address. Just enter your Business Code - 492000 for Couriers and Messengers is the best fit for this.

I've always used code 492000, which is Couriers and Messengers under the larger Transportation and Warehousing category.
